Google has announced via Twitter that a Panda refresh will be rolling out over the next few days. Google has warned the websites’ owners to “expect some flux” during the refreshing time. Google also gave relief to webmasters that with this refresh alert, only 0.7 percent of queries wil be affected.
Google Panda was first announced in February 2011 to display only high quality websites on the higher rankings so as to improve the search quality. The Google rates the high quality content as “very satisfying, useful, or helpful for its purpose” and this Panda refresh will bring the better understanding of the same.
Google has been announcing Panda refreshes via Twitter for the recent months. The last one was on August 22 when 1 percent of queries got affected. At SES San Francisco, Google revealed that 3 billion searched are conducted everyday on Google. According to that stats, this new Panda refresh is likely to affect the 21 million search queries.

Keep checking your analytics to see if there is any traffic drop or not. If your website is dealing with poor quality content or with any other quality issue, then you are likely to hit by this upcoming Google Panda Refresh.
